English Tea

It all started while I was reading, Country Living - England.  There was a great article on keeping the tradition of having tea alive.  Next thing I knew, my little partner and I were in the car, on our way to the closest British Grocer.

Of course, since we purchased lemon curd and clotted cream, a quick batch of scones needed to be baked.  Then tea was served and we sketched, and we talked, and we pretended were royalty.

And that, my dear & patient husband, is why nothing else got done today.  These things just happen. (But we did save you scone!)
