Summer Lists
Last month, my daughter and I each made a list of the things we want to do this summer. Hers includes items like reading the entire Junie B. Jones's Book Series, eating watermelon, and learning how to ride a bike without training wheels. Mine includes
making a full-size quilt (up until now I've only made lap and baby quilts), sewing a dress for my daughter, and buying/riding a bike. Of course, we both want to eat lots of watermelon, roast marshmallows on the beach and hula hoop.
As you can see, we are well on our way to meeting our goals. What do you want to do this summer?

My summer list... I'd like to start a blog properly for once. Get my daughter a swing and play with her more even if I'm feeling sick or tired because of baby number 2. I'd like afternoon tea at the Ritz and in a few years I'm determined to learn how to horse ride again... My small goals are to figure out how to make pale skin summer appropriate and not be afraid to relax even if there is stuff to do.
You have more reasonable goals. I think mine will be determined by fate alone. ;)
Each memeber of our family made a list too! We sat around the fire pit, eating s'mores reading our lists to each other over the weekend.
Some of my more simple goals include: eating homemade ice cream, going to a museum and watching fireworks. My big goal is to finish organizing my digital photos. That would be a miracle!
My goal for the summer is watching the two of you!
I microwaved my smores tonight! I'm thinking of melting tiny snicker bars tommorrow.
My list is finishing a wedding scrapbook I've been working on and a list of movies I've been putting off watching on Netflix.
I downloaded a couple of books from barnes and noble today and I really would like to begin learning how to sew, starting with buying a machine.
