Rose Bowl Flea Market

This weekend, my husband took a quick weekend trip up to Pasadena. I met my husband at the 35er Bar on New Year's Eve 1994. We toured around our old haunts and then went to the famous Rose Bowl Flea Market on Sunday. I picked up some great ephemera and I am planning on packaging it up and offering some of it on my website soon.

On Sunday morning, I convinced my husband to do art! We both did what I call "hotel collages". We made collages out of anything we could find in the hotel room. I'm sure the maids wondered what all those paper scraps were about! My husband did a fabulous job! It was a fun exercise-try it next time you travel. Just be sure to pack some scissors, glue and your imagination.
